Q. How does a planet differ from a star?

 Some celestial bodies do not have their own heat. as well as light They are illuminated by starlight. Such bodies are called planets while stars have their own light.

Q. What is meant by the ‘Solar System’?

The solar system is made up of the sun, eight planets, moons, and other celestial bodies called asteroids and meteoroids. It is usually called the family of the sun, with the sun as the head of the family.

Q. Name all the planets according to their distance from the sun.

 In our solar system, there are eight planets. Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune are in order of their distance from the sun.

Q. Why is the Earth called a unique planet?

The earth is neither too hot nor too cold. It contains water and air, which are essential for our existence. The air contains important gases such as oxygen. For these reasons, Earth is a single planet in the solar system.

Q. Why do we see only one side of the moon always?

The moon moved around the earth in about 27 days, taking exactly the same time to complete one revolution. As a result, we can only see one side of the moon on the earth. 

Q. What is the Universe?

Planets, stars, galaxies, celestial bodies, gases, dust particles, light, and other objects make up the universe. It is considered an infinite space. We all belong to this universe
