3. Formation of Indian Constitution.
After India gained independence, there was a need to establish a constitution for the country. Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar led the formation of a constitutional structure for society. The constitution was accepted on November 26, 1949, and fully established on January 26, 1950, which is celebrated as Republic Day. Our constitution is based on the cultural values of our country, which are included in the document.
