[Que] How are nutrients classified?

Nutrients can be classified into two types, namely, macro-nutrients and micronutrients

The macronutrients are carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. The micronutrients are minerals and vitamins, which are required in very small amounts.

[Que] How do plants produce their own food?

With the help of sunlight and chlorophyll, plants make their own food in their leaves, using water and nutrients from the soil and carbon dioxide from the air. This process is called photosynthesis.

[Que] How Ingestion occurs in Amoeba.

In amoebae, there are no organs like hands and mouths. As a unicellular animal, it can consume food through any part of its surface. In order to take the food into the cell, the particle surrounds it from all sides. After this, different enzymes are used to digest it. Undigested food is left behind as the amoeba moves forward with pseudopodia.
