    1. The Rabaris of Kutch depend on sheep, goats and camels for their livelihood. Kutch receives very little rainfall in the monsoon and most of the area is desert.

      Due to lack of water and fodder in Kutch, it is difficult for Rabaris to maintain their animals. This is why they migrate so that they can get enough resources and their animals remain safe.
