A conductor is a material which allows electric current to pass through it. Metals are good conductors of electricity.
Define Insulators:
Insulators are materials that do not allow current to pass through them. Most of the non-metals are insulators, e.g. rubber, wood, etc.
Define filament ?
Light is produced by the filament of the light bulb. Tungsten is the main component of a burning light bulb. The filament glows when an electric current passes through it.
