Rainbow

Q-5 Explain water-cycle on the earth in about 5 to 6 sentences. Take help of the picture given below.

Ans: Water evaporates from rivers, lakes and oceans. This evaporated water cools up in the atmosphere then it condenses into water droplets to form clouds. When these clouds become heavy, the water falls on the ground in the form of rain.

This water reaches the oceans and the entire cycle continues.Water cycle can be completed in 3 processes – evaporation, condensation and precipitation.
